Rivne Furniture Cluster is a partner of the Pact for Skills, a European Commission initiative that brings organisations together to invest in upskilling and reskilling. It helps them respond to labour market needs and the green and digital transitions.
For the furniture and woodworking sector, skills development means stronger teams, modern production practices and more opportunities for cooperation between businesses, educators and international partners.
Our participation in the Pact for Skills builds on the cluster’s international partnerships and training initiatives, including its work in the reBUILD project. We support lifelong learning, strong skills partnerships, anticipation of future skills needs and equal opportunities.
